Our Founder
Hi there, I’m Zaid
I’m the founder of SkillNet and a college freshman who’s passionate about learning and teaching. I created this platform to give students like me an opportunity to share their knowledge and help others succeed.
I’ve always believed in the power of students helping each other succeed. As a high school student with a strong interest in math and education, I wanted to build something that not only makes learning easier but also gives students an opportunity to grow and earn.
SkillNet is a product of my passion for collaboration. It’s a platform designed to connect skilled high school students with those who need help, whether it’s mastering math concepts or getting ahead in school. I’m committed to creating a space where both learners and tutors can thrive, grow, and achieve their goals.

Currently, I am in my first year of college. I went to Dr Kiran C. Patel High school for my first 2 years of high school, then moved to FLVS to pursue my AA degree at Pasco Hernando State college. I scored a 99% percentile score on the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT). I then wanted to gain experience, so I became a Math and Reading Tutor at Kumon.
Through my work and high school experiences, I have gained a strong understanding of how to teach other students.
